When High Performance Stops Feeling Sustainable
Jennifer O’Robinson spent 18 years working in enterprise technology, where solving problems quickly and carrying significant responsibility came with the territory. Like many professionals, she became familiar with the habits that make demanding careers possible: keep moving, handle the next issue, and find a way through.
Eventually, another question became harder to ignore. What happens when someone becomes exceptionally good at managing pressure but loses the ability to recognize how much pressure they are carrying?
That question sits behind SheCamps, the nature rooted personal growth company and speaking platform O’Robinson founded after her own experience with healing and reinvention.
Through speaking, workshops, coaching, prompted journals, digital resources, and community experiences, SheCamps gives women practical ways to create moments of calm without requiring them to abandon the lives they have worked hard to build.
Bringing Professional Experience Into Personal Growth
O’Robinson’s technology career remains relevant to the work she is doing now. Years spent inside high pressure professional environments gave her a close view of how competence can sometimes conceal exhaustion.
Women may continue meeting deadlines, leading teams, managing households, and showing up for other people even when their internal resources are running thin. From the outside, everything appears functional. Internally, the experience can be quite different.
SheCamps approaches that tension through nature based nervous system regulation and intentional reflection.
“Get Outside to Go Inside is the message I bring to every stage, workshop, and conversation,” O’Robinson says. “SheCamps exists to remind women that they do not need to escape their lives to find calm. They can begin with one breath, one step outside, and one intentional reset.”
The simplicity is deliberate. O’Robinson is less interested in creating another demanding wellness routine than in helping women find practices they can realistically return to.
The Thinking Behind The Nature Reset Method
O’Robinson created The Nature Reset Method as a framework for bringing those practices together.
The method uses outdoor resets, prompted reflection, and intentional pauses to help women reconnect with themselves and build greater steadiness and self trust. Nature becomes less of a destination and more of an accessible setting for interrupting stress.
That distinction matters. A meaningful reset does not necessarily require a weekend retreat or hours away from work and family. Sometimes it starts by walking outside and creating enough quiet to notice what the body and mind have been signaling.
SheCamps is translating that philosophy into several formats, including keynote talks, workshops, journals, digital resources, coaching programs, and curated community experiences.
A founder’s beta cohort is also planned, giving women early access to The Nature Reset Method while allowing their feedback and real life experiences to help inform the program’s development.
A New Chapter Built Around Speaking
The SheCamps rollout began in Arizona in late May 2026 and is expanding through speaking engagements, podcast appearances, workshops, virtual events, and online community programming.
For O’Robinson, speaking is an important part of that expansion. Her transition from enterprise technology to the stage gives her an unusual vantage point on resilience. She knows the professional language of performance and responsibility, but her current work asks audiences to consider something more personal: whether the way they are functioning is actually sustainable.
SheCamps represents a new chapter in her career, though the experience behind it has been accumulating for years.
The message she is carrying forward is straightforward. Resilience does not always mean pushing through. Sometimes it means recognizing when the body is asking for a pause and giving yourself permission to answer.
