Today we’d like to introduce you to Laura St. Come.
It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?
As a child my mother who was an entrepreneur and a Philanthropist used to take me with her to some of her networking events and to feed the poor. I was always included in everything she did and this created a very special bond between us. Little did I know, she would leave us early. However, those memories we created were the best ever and I learned so much from her. Today I am an Entrepreneur, Business Coach and a Motivational Speaker. I also have four little ones who want to spend as much time with me as possible. This weekend they were out networking with me at Wynwood Miami. Frankly they did a better job than me. I am teaching Entrepreneurs who also have little ones, to include their children in some of their business activities. It takes so much of the stress away, they love it, it is a bonding experience for them and the lessons they will learn from being out with you on the field are invaluable.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Self doubt. I would constantly doubt myself, my readiness and even my abilities, which is why I took courses after courses, immersed myself in mentorship programs with top entrepreneurs such as Grant Cardone, Daymond John and John Maxwell. Although the investment is worth a thousand percent, self confidence is truly psychological and has to come from within. When we begin to understand the roots of our doubts, only then, healing takes place and solutions emerge .
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
As a Business Coach, I help entrepreneurs and Business Owners identify golden opportunities they may be blinded to. Sometimes that is the one missing link that changes the whole dynamic of the business. I work closely with my clients to help them strategically structure their business, identify roadblocks, effectively niche their products and services, build their signature brand and maximize revenue.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
The success you are busy looking for is inside of you. It is not on YouTube, Social Media, or Hollywood. Look inwards, decide who you want to become, and become this person. Make sure all your decisions especially the most important ones are in perfect alignment with this goal.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success to me is knowing that you’ve accomplished something you really envisioned. For some, it could be great health, a beautiful body, for others it could be wealth, freedom to travel wherever, whenever. For some people it is finding love or simply creating peace in the middle of chaos. We all get to define what success means to us personally.
What’s next for you?
Global exposure. I want to take my business overseas. Connect with as many Entrepreneurs as possible from all around the world. Speak at different events and change some lives.
