The success of comedian Georges Harris has a first and last name, it is because behind his popularity around the world, is the professional management of his career by this distinguished Venezuelan communications officer. Ninoska Garroz is the brain behind the image and popularity of the famous comedian.

The influence of Ninoska Garroz is not only present in the success of Harris, but also in other artists with whom she has worked, it is unbeatable. Their ideas, their projects, their way of managing, are a fundamental piece in the success obtained by their protagonists.

In a brief interview Ninoska Garroz told us part of her story…

-I am a Venezuelan journalist with more than 30 years of experience, dedicated to the production of events by great artists. I have been in the city of Miami for 9 years producing the George Harris Show and for 6 years it has been sold out. I have made George Harris known throughout the world. I have brought his work and that of other artists to be known worldwide. Together we have contributed wisdom, knowledge and connections along this path so that the show continues to grow, continue to multiply and continue to provide employment to those who are already part of the structure and to those who continue to join it.

-What have been your greatest achievements?

The greatest achievement has been to change the George Harris Show from a theater like the Trial Theater, where about 150 people attended, to the Flamingo Theater Bar, in Miami, where 500 people attend weekly. No other show has so many international audiences on a weekly basis. This show is a tourist attraction in the city of Miami. In addition to filling theaters around the world with up to more than 7,000 people. At the Flamingo Theater Bar in Miami we are every Thursday before 500 people (total sold out) “The George Harris Show” is seen worldwide by www.elgeorgeharris.com reaching 900,000 subscribers. It has filled theaters in more than 70 cities around the world, with up to 7,000 attendees per show.

What would be your legacy as a communications professional?

My legacy would be an inspiration to all migrant women who come to make a name for themselves in this country. I am a very committed person with my work. If you do not do it with passion, the result will be optimal. You can achieve success in a country that is not your native country, with perseverance and discipline.
