Interview Recap: Finding Health and Sovereignty with Gary Lineham on Patriot Strong
In the latest episode of Patriot Strong, Courtney sat down with Gary Lineham from Human Garage to talk about personal health sovereignty, and how the nation’s high stress levels might be making us less collaborative and more divided. This was an extremely fruitful discussion which you should definitely check out, but if you can’t here’s the overview:
The Impact of Our Chemical Environment
Gary started out by talking about the alarming levels of environmental toxins, such as barium, strontium, and aluminum, found in hair follicle testing conducted at his organization, Human Garage. He explained how these harmful chemicals, which infect our body through the air we breathe and the food we eat, can deplete the body’s silica levels.
According to Gary, “Without enough silica, we don’t absorb minerals, leading to dehydration, stress, and hormone disregulation” that, combined with the daily stresses of your average routine are some of the main reasons many Americans are living in a constant state of stress, which has become normalized, with stress levels often reaching what Gary illustrated as a “9.5 out of 10”.
Transformative Fasting Experience
Courtney then manifested curiosity about Gary’s fasting journey, which he describes as a profound experience that completely reset his relationship with food, which started with him struggling to keep consistent. Seeking for answers as to what made fasting successful, and noticing vastly different results even on twins following the same fasting regime. This would ultimately lead to the attempt of a somewhat radical experiment: “So, we went on a 44-day fast, and we did two weeks without water even to start off with, which, by the course of our current medical system, our science system says we would be dead.”
Yet, in the course of six weeks without eating, what he found was quite the opposite, that not only was he completely fine, but that it enabled him to sleep less and accomplish extremely demanding physical feats, not to mention all the time gained from not worrying about eating.
The Role of Food and Stress
The conversation then shifted again, this time to Gary discussing the misconceptions surrounding organic and healthy foods, claiming that many products marketed as “healthy” can actually harm the immune system and disrupt hormonal balance. He highlighted the crucial connection between stress and digestion, explaining that stress can hinder our body’s ability to process food effectively, leading to toxic waste buildup and potential diseases.
Personal Health Sovereignty
A persistent theme that permeated the whole discussion was the importance of what Gary called personal health sovereignty. He argued that true sovereignty starts with feeling good in one’s own body. Essentially, when you are in constant pain and rushing to the hospital all the time, you are giving control of your health to someone else. This is why advocates for individuals to take charge of their own health and rather than relying on external help from doctors, pills and companies, to stop compromising on their health related decisions.
A Call for Unity and Solutions
Gary emphasized that when individuals are free from stress, they become more conciliatory and inclined to seek solutions rather than engage in conflict. Therefore, if the country is experiencing great division, the high levels of stress narrowing people’s vision plays a big part. With that in mind, he invites listeners to participate in a collective stress-reducing experience during his upcoming event, which aims to help attendees see possibilities beyond their current challenges and free themselves from accumulated stress.
Final Thoughts
With that, their conversation drew to a close, and after Courtney expressed gratitude for Gary’s commitment to helping others without seeking profit, she urges listeners to share the knowledge they’ve gained to empower themselves and others to take control of their health.
