Today we’d like to introduce you to Glenn Jordan Jr.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I am a prior service US Marine. I became a personal trainer in 2014 in Staten Island New York. I’ve always had a love for being fit, athletic and strong. It turned into a passion when I got out of the military. My experience in the military like so many others, had me working out almost daily. It was when I kept up with it on my own , I knew I had to do it for life.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Shoot, it’s self doubt that can assassinate your character most definitely. Being new you doubt how effective you can be to other people. Then there are barriers communicating with people you don’t know, or that don’t know how you can help them also. I feel like a strong knowledge base helps with most of those obstacles. For all esle I prefer to stay consistent even in the face of doubt. Consistency is a game changer.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

My specialties include weightloss transformations, bodybuilding and strength training. I’m a school trained Master of Personal Training but that doesn’t speak to my ability to deliver. I feel like people choose me because I’m able to speak to their state of being. I let them tell me their goals, weaknesses and obstacles and I help them see their way to success. I also call them on their bs and keep them accountable. I love what I do, I’m very passionate.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

My advice would be to define what success means to you, without losing adaptability. Life throws the unexpected at all of us. You’ve gotta be able to adjust your agenda and maintain a drive to achieve your goals.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me is multifaceted. The little things count, but I aim for the big picture. So I believe it means the sum of all efforts realized.

What’s next for you?

Well I just moved from New York to Scottsdale Arizona and I don’t really know many people here. I want to establish my presence here and build a community.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more.

I’m on Instagram as @365icebred but I’ve also got a website that I promote my services on. I’m actually starting to blog on it also. It’s got links to all my social media platforms and it’ll have any updates I bring forward this year. The site is www.icebredelite.com
