Abel Ruiz de Castilla stands out internationally as a dancer and choreographer

Abel Ruiz de Castilla is Peruvian and is a great dancer with an important international projection. Art runs through his veins and he has dedicated himself for 8 years to what he loves so much but he is also a recognized professional choreographer specialized in urban dance, thus having an outstanding career in the artistic world.

In 2015 he graduated from the “Artistic Training Program (PFA) D1 School”. Between 2016 and 2021, she trained and improved her dance techniques at schools such as the Millennium Dance Complex, Debbie Reynolds, Broadway Dance Center and Cambió Studio. He also studied for 3 years at the Preludio Cultural Association (Musical Theater Association).

Her dancing skills are focused on the urban style, a style that has allowed her to participate in concerts and music videos with international artists, such as dancing last year in “Juntos en concierto” by singer De La Ghetto held in Lima Peru. He has also been the official dancer of Amy Gutiérrez for two years and participated as a co-star in the artist’s music video called “A cuánto me queda” and works as a dancer and choreographer for the group “La Combinación de La Habana”.

His outstanding professional career and his undeniable talent have earned him important awards and recognitions. In the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 he was a director and competitor in the “World Hip Hop Dance Championship” in Arizona representing the Peruvian delegation and obtained 12th place worldwide in the Adult Category and 1st place in the nationals directing the Category Varsity. He was a choreographer director in “All Dance”, obtaining third place in the Megacrew Category in 2019.

Abel Ruiz de Castilla always seeks to extend his talent to the world. His career as a professional dancer and choreographer is admirable. He is looking for new horizons after the success he has had in his native country. Currently, she continues to take classes, and participates in workshops and dance intensives.

“I have many short-term plans, one of them is to be able to choreograph and dance with great artists like Rauw Alejandro, Daddy Yankee, Rosalía and many more, on international stages, to do tours and music videos. As a dancer, to be able to leave my name high from my country, being able to give urban dance classes in international schools and traveling as a result of that is also one of my dreams as a professional”, says Abel.
