Arsenal Health, a gym, recovery and clinic company based in Arvada, ranked No. 2 on Inc.’s 2026 Regionals list for the Rocky Mountain region, which ranks private companies by two-year revenue growth. Inc. reported that the company’s revenue grew 1,323 percent from 2022 to 2024.

The Rocky Mountain list includes 69 companies across Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming, according to Utah Business, with a median growth rate of 118 percent. Inc. said the 14 honorees from the Denver metro area had a median growth rate of 149 percent and described Arsenal as the fastest-growing company in the Denver area. Inc. said the Rocky Mountain honorees added 5,364 jobs and $1.4 billion to the regional economy. Across all of its regional lists, Inc. named 949 companies this year.

Jake Rowzee founded Arsenal Health in 2021 and serves as its CEO. Inc. lists the company in healthcare and medical services with 11 to 50 employees. Colorado business records show that its legal entity, Predator Health LLC, was formed in July 2021 and registered the Arsenal Health trade name in January 2022, the year Inc.’s ranking window begins. Because the ranking is based on percentage growth, it does not show the company’s absolute revenue.

The company’s Arvada location, at 5450 Wadsworth Bypass, puts a gym, a recovery center and a clinic in one building. Recovery services include a cold plunge, sauna, red light therapy and contrast therapy. The clinic offers lab panels, hormone therapy, peptide therapy, IV therapy and regenerative medicine. Arsenal says that care is delivered by doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and EMTs, and that members have 24/7 access.

Arsenal opened a second location in the Denver Tech Center, at 80 Inverness Drive East, in February 2026. In a release announcing the opening, Rowzee said the aim is “to remove guesswork from exercise routines and provide clarity in training.” The release said new members at the location start with a movement analysis and an InBody body composition scan, which inform their training plans.

In a September release, the company said it has completed more than 15,000 tests and supported more than 4,000 health optimizations. It also said bloodwork is now included with every membership. “Many people are told their bloodwork is normal even though they still feel terrible,” Rowzee said in that release. Those figures come from the company and were not independently verified.

The company’s website states its mission as building “healthier communities, starting right here in Colorado.” According to the same site, Rowzee’s background is in surgical neurophysiology and business development. The company’s leadership page lists a medical director, a COO and clinic director who is a registered nurse, and general managers for each gym location.

The Arvada Economic Development Association shared Inc.’s Denver-area list on social media in April, writing that it was “cool to see” Arsenal Health + Fitness featured.

Arsenal’s next Colorado location is planned for Louisville. The company’s website lists it as opening in 2027 and says the exact date and address will be announced closer to opening. Filings with the City of Louisville describe a planned health center and company headquarters there.
