The Leap of Faith
When Linda Kim decided to invest in her first mentorship program, it wasn’t an easy choice. “It was a large investment I normally wouldn’t have made,” she admits. “But something inside told me to do it.”
That decision changed everything. Within two weeks, Kim secured her first properties and laid the foundation for Olive Gold Properties. A month later, she was laid off from her corporate job—but this time, she saw it as a blessing. “I realized I didn’t want to go back to corporate life. I wanted to be my own boss.”
Mentorship and Momentum
Kim credits much of her success to the mentorship she received early on. Learning from experienced entrepreneurs gave her the blueprint to build, automate, and scale her Airbnb business. “Every athlete has a coach,” she says. “Entrepreneurs need one too.”
Her results speak volumes: she expanded into multiple markets and built systems that allow her to work just a few hours a week.

As her business grew, Kim began mentoring others through Luxe Collective Coaching. She teaches her students how to build sustainable, six-figure Airbnb businesses that give them freedom—not burnout.
Her message is consistent: success comes from consistency, not perfection. “Even when no one’s watching, keep showing up,” she says. “That’s how growth happens.”
