Entrepreneurship is often born from necessity. For Rosie and Kit Volcano, it came after their first business—a yoga studio—collapsed under the weight of money fears and self-doubt.

By 2017, the couple was broke and sharing a pull-out couch. Instead of giving up, they invested $10,000 into business coaching, a move that felt terrifying at the time.

It paid off.

Within a year, they recorded their first six-figure month. That momentum grew into a seven-figure brand. Today, The Little Volcano Coaching and Communication serves clients worldwide through coaching, events, and retreats.

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs

“Our biggest hurdle wasn’t strategy—it was our mindset,” Rosie says. Years of believing money was “evil” kept them from building sustainably. Coaching helped them dismantle those beliefs and step into their worth.

The transformation came down to one principle: action backed by courage.

The Defining Moment

At their first retreat, the lead coach challenged participants: “Give them a reason to reject you, and you give them a reason to accept you.”

Kit, newly transitioning from female to male, embodied that message. Wearing a purple leotard under his clothes, he stripped down during an exercise, making a bold statement of identity. The room went quiet. Then the coach smiled and welcomed him with open arms.

That act of radical authenticity created connection instead of division. Rosie reflects: “It showed us that authenticity can heal wounds and dissolve prejudice.”

Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

Rosie’s advice for those starting out is simple: don’t hide. “Authenticity is your superpower. Don’t compare yourself to others—celebrate what makes you different.”

To maintain balance, the couple integrates yoga, meditation, and biohacking into their routines—tools that keep them grounded while growing a seven-figure business.

Future Plans

With books, podcasts, and more live events in the works, Rosie and Kit are doubling down on visibility. Their mission: to help others embrace risk, live authentically, and build businesses aligned with their true selves.
